Most orders ship out within 1-3 business days. After that, it’s in the hands of our trusty delivery partners— so hang tight!

Sorry, we’re not quite global yet! We currently ship within the UAE.

Shipping is a flat AED 20, but orders over AED 300 get free delivery. Yay for free shipping!

Things might get busy during peak times, so please give it a little extra time. If your package is running way behind, reach out to us with your order number, and we’ll sort it out.

Oh no! If your order doesn’t arrive in its original condition, email us with your order details and some photos. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, let us know ASAP! We’ll do our best to update it. Once it’s shipped, it’s out of our paws, unfortunately.

Changed your mind? No worries! You can return or exchange your items within 15 days of delivery. Just make sure everything is in its original condition—no scratches, tears, fur, or stains—and with tags still attached. If the item’s been tampered with, we won’t be able to process it.

Unused, non-customized items in their original packaging are eligible. Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order.

Customers cover return shipping costs unless there’s an error on our part or the item is defective.

You can choose! Refunds go back to your original payment method, or you can opt for store credit for your next shopping spree.

Once we receive your return and check it out, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. Refunds or store credits usually take 5-10 business days.
